2014年5月24日に、来日したマレーシアの中央官庁職員の初任行政官研修を実施しました。午前と午後の長い講義であったにかかわらず、受講者全員、和気あいあいと楽しく受講していただきました。内容は、公務員倫理の考え方と、マレーシアで近年問題となっているソーシャル・メディアについて政策としてどのように考えるか、というものでした。

　以下は、受講者からの講義の評価です。

 

Prof. Nakaya is very knowledgeable in this topic and he strived to give a good presentation which involved the discussion among the participants.

 

Prof. NAKAYA is a very good scholar and he shared many things with the participant. He was able to give a clear answer to all the issues asked by the participant

 

The lecture and case study in this slot is very usefulto me. I shallpractice the slogan given “If I want to be a good leader, I will have to behave like a good leader and I may need to practice it daily to be a good leader” to achieve my goal.

 

Prof. Nakaya is a very excellent speaker. His ability and knowledge to give a clear answer to all the issues asked by the participants is highly recommended for any next JICA seminars.

 

Prof. Nakaya has given out some case studies to be discussed and brainstormed in group. The discussion in group was done well with many ideas and solutions to the case studies being shared during the presentation session. I felt really satisfied with the way he conducted the session which was so exciting with many great information and ideas.

 

Base the lecture, Prof. Nakaya teach us that there is difference between ethics and Morals. Furthermorepublic service ethics is also difference from business ethics which as public officer, our result is much more depending on public needs. Prof. Nakaya taught us to be a good ethical government officer that follow the necessary code of conduct.
